About Dr Austin Banner:

Dr BannerHe has been a BDA Benevolent Fund Trustee and a Southern Counties BDA branch representative since 2010 and is an elected member of the Executive Committee. He has been involved with the BDA for over 40 years and is currently the Treasurer of his local BDA section.

An experienced Orthodontist and Periodontist, he’s worked in general hospital and specialist private practice until his retirement in December 2015. He was also a Dental Tutor in Croydon for over 20 years.

About the BDA Benevolent Fund:

The BDA Benevolent Fund was established in 1883 The charity provides financial aid to dental students, dentists and their families in need, whether they are in training, in practice, have left the profession or are retired. Applicants must be living in the UK and do not need to be a member of the British Dental Association to qualify for support.
